The products that the PaintingSkillsAcademy will offer are multiple and remarkable and can be summarised as follows: quality standards and units of learning outcomes at levels 1-6 of the EQF, educational offers including proportions of WBL (work-based learning), digital and green skills as well as cross-border mobility, the recognition of prior learning (RPL) and the correct allocation to levels 1-6 of the EQF with the help of transparent assessment mechanisms.
The Painting Skills Academy’s benefits, however, are even more appreciable if evaluated from the point of you of the target group that it specifically refers to. The Painting Academy will qualify people at European level and help to “climb” from one qualification level to the other, to access the European labour market, to boost EU mobility and, among other things, to recognise knowledge. It will then constitute advantages for young and less young generations, people from extra EU Countries, trainers and tutors, schools, companies and all operator in the trade.
PSA process and methodology will also represent a best practice out of the painting trade, applicable in other Construction activities and beyond. To make all this understandable, a video will be available soon on PSA website.
