PSA develops qualification offers and shows qualification opportunities that are ultimately transferable to other industries. In the future, special attention will be given to cross-sector offers, since these offers also promote understanding and communication with one another, depending on the reality of the construction site.
Quality standards and units of learning outcomes at level 1-6 of the EQF (European Qualifications Framework) are described. In the following, courses are described that contain an explanation of how the results can be achieved.
The aim is to ensure that appropriate proportions of WBL (work-based learning), digital and green skills as well as cross-border mobility are included in order to enable and optimize customer and market-oriented action. bzw. zu optimieren.
The recognition of prior learning (RPL - recognition of prior learning) and the correct allocation to level 1-6 of the EQF is carried out with the help of transparent assessment mechanisms. For the learning of country-specific skills and competences, transnational joint programs are developed, in which learners can complete training and further education periods at different European learning locations.
The implementation of a high quality standard with regard to the qualification offers are formulated in the specific school regulations, compliance with which is monitored by an expert committee of the umbrella organization UNIEP. Observing and complying with all relevant national regulations goes without saying.
